Don't expect for others to be flexible. Be prepared for challenges. Remain enthusiastic, and when one method does not work simply try another one. With challenge, comes opportunity to grow. Use it as inspiration to think differently and be innovative. Be positive, and see the fun in this.
To those that hold on to their "Do Not Bend" ways--you miss out when you refuse to be receptive to the ideas of others. Stretch your mind. Expand your horizons. You don't have to take on everyone's philosophy. This will, however, make you a well-rounded individual that people respect for at least considering ideas other than your own.
