I think I've been on Twitter for a year now. Can't remember exactly when I joined.

Do you have a workout regimen?

Yes I have a workout regimen. I believe healthy mind and body is the way to go. Gotta treat 'em like gold ;-) I work out twice a day and will soon add in choreography in a dance studio with my backup dancers. Summer 2010 is gonna be HOT! To each his own. I don't have a foot fetish though. And to answer your second question... Yes, I'd like a foot massage and I'll be getting one when I get my weekly pedicure. My pedicures are done regularly all year round.

How'd you get to be so popular on twitter?

By talking to people. I know people think this is some "big secret" but it's not. I spend time getting to know who's following me and take interest in what's going on in their lives. You'd be surprised most people just want to feel noticed and appreciated. So there you have it...LoL at the behavioral psychology lesson. BE yourself but don't babble on about yourself. BIG difference!

A fire starts in your home. What are the three things you decide to save?

I'm running out with my family, my hard drive, and my stuffed elephant that I've had since I was 5 yrs old.

So, I've got a time machine that allows one to go back in time to any point in their life. You can warn yourself about anything. What pt. in time do you go to? What do you warn yourself about?

The interesting thing about this question is that I've fortunately come to terms with and have accepted much of what has happened in my life. For a long time I still held onto regret of my accident happening: wishing I never got into that car, wishing I'd made it to the Olympic trials for track & field (which I'd spent my life preparing for.) I have learned it's important to appreciate the life you've lived and embrace both the good and the bad. By looking back you only hold yourself back. Without the painful experiences I wouldn't have the drive that pushes my music, or the heart to reach out to my "fan-mily." I'm happy to say my life is all about moving forward so there's nothing I would change :)

To one group of people the words "hard work" sounds like grueling effort so they do none. To another group of people it means to just look busy. Nothing beats consistency. CONSISTENTLY work towards your goals and you'll LEARN and UNDERSTAND the TRUE meaning behind the phrase
"Hard work pays off." If you don't learn to live outside the limits of your comfort zone that's the furthest you'll reach in life. Look around you and ask yourself, "This is it?" If you're not happy then DO something. Just remember even if you "choose" to do nothing you still had a CHOICE in the matter.

Secret to success? Work harder than most are WILLING. Don't look to do what's considered easy.

Why I do Gift of Gab Daily?

For those of you that's been wondering why I post the Gift of Gab Daily and how it started I'm here to share the story.

It started off with everyone calling me the Oprah of Twitter for providing motivational quotes and giving good recommendations on products, sites, apps, etc. Then on my Blackberry I would share positive thoughts via text msg with my friends in the morning while preparing breakfast. Eventually my audience convinced me to share this on a blog and that's what inspired "Gift of Gab Daily."

Gift of Gab Daily is food for thought. Read it once, read it twice. Allow it to marinate in your mind and enjoy the flavors :)

As my friend @RICHYUNGKING always says "If it doesn't apply, let it fly." You may not relate to every message and if you don't, don't sweat it.

Yes, I believe there's a lot of good men out there. I know they exist because many of my friends are outstanding men that are highly driven and successful. Am I willing to give someone the time of day right now? No, I'm focused on my priorities. My mother taught me to keep my eyes on the prize (my career) and everything else will fall into place. As intelligent and talented as I am, the right one will understand and know I'm well worth the wait ;-)
