Ignore it!!!
Don't get thrown off course by others noise and distraction.
A person will do anything to stress you out to a point where you want to scream because that's the most passionate emotion you express towards them.
No one can handle being ignored. Especially when you choose to be nonchalent, cool, and continue doing you.
See the trap and step over it. Don't fall in to it.
Love Always,
Gabrielle

Enjoy every moment while you're in it. Don't worry or wonder too much about the future, or spoil it by dwelling on the past. The present is a gift to be enjoyed right now.
Think about it!

This is for all of you that say you don't like to read books, or don't have time too.
There's much knowledge to be found in books. If you're not going to read them, AT LEAST be smart enough to be around someone that does.
It's time to elevate your mind. Think about it!
Peace & Blessings to all of you.
Love,

There are good relationships, and then there are GREAT relationships.
In a great relationship, both people are pushing each other to be the best version of themself.
Always encourage the person you care for to be better.
Look at Will and Jada Pinkett-Smith, Jay-Z and Beyonce, Barack and Michelle Obama.
Be smart and know in your heart if it's time to say bye bye clown! Cuz being broke ain't no joke!
Aim to be rich so you may have an abundance in health, love, happiness, and money.
Think about it.
Love & Hugs,
Gabrielle

Word of the day: TRUST
So many of us don't have it. In ourselves, and in others.
Don't give up on it. It is something that must be worked on daily.
Don't allow your lack of trust in one person hinder your relationship with another.
Don't allow your lack of trust in yourself, hinder your judgement.
Learn to make up your mind and don't allow others to do it for you.
Best of luck to you all on your journey today!
Yours Truly,
Gabrielle

"TRANSFORMATION"
Survival of the fittest requires evolution. If a species does not evolve, it dies out. Evolution is defined as, "development: a process in which something passes by degrees to a different stage (especially a more advanced or mature stage)." Quite frankly, evolution is change. A type of transformation, and transformation is best described as, "the act of transforming or the state of being transformed; a marked change in appearance or character, especially one for the better."
I'm sure at some point in your life you were tempted to consider what things WOULD HAVE been like if you'd chosen another path. Or, you wondered, what things WOULD HAVE been like if you'd known what you know now.
Though it's tempting to look back, don't. GLANCE in your rearview mirror. Don't stare at it. Use it only to gauge where you're at and be aware of what is surrounding your life.
I myself have been tempted by looking back. I used to do it quite frequently to be honest. The difference now is the choices I make and one of them is choosing to have faith. I know by continuing to look ahead theres no need to look back and imagine, because I'm already looking forward to something better.
Every time you catch yourself looking back and doubting something better lies ahead of you, ask yourself this: How do I know something better ISN'T ahead of me, if I'm not focused on what's in front of me? How do I know something isn't coming up in front of me, if I'm not even looking in it's direction?
I have learned if something is meant to happen, it will be progressing WITH me. NOT lagging behind. The past is the past for a reason which I mentioned in yesterday's blog while talking about letting go of seasonal people.
Lately I've been emphasizing "CHOICE" a lot. That is because we ALL have a choice in being successful. The ONLY thing standing in our way, is ourselves. Our attitude, beliefs, interests (or lack of), our desires--these are all things which play a combined role in our success. You must EVOLVE and CHOOSE to be positive and welcome positive ideas, people, and surroundings into your life or else it will never change.
Things beneficial to the improvement of my mental and physical health, I choose to do them now and it's made all the difference. Routinely I wake up early, I run at least a mile every morning, I'm breaking barriers within myself and taking strides to be better every day. This is the best I've ever been, because I finally learned to take responsibility and hold myself accountable for what it is going on in my life. This transformation... This turning point... This change... Was made possible because I finally CHOSE to do so and I feel so much better because of it.
Don't make a list of negatives that you don't like about life or yourself. Write down affirmations, sentences beginning with words like "I can..." And "I will..." Let your imagination be the coming attractions of your life. Visualize your happiness and rehearse it every day. Practice being happy. Repeated actions become habits. The same way you picked up bad habits, you can develop good ones too :)
Place no glass ceiling above you. The only limitations to your dreams, is your imagination! The choice IS yours.
Be the best You.
I love you... And I will wake up again tomorrow and share more joy with you. View every day as a fresh start, a chance to try again.
Yours Truly,
Gabrielle
[This is dedicated to my Mother who got on her knees every night and taught us to pray, who dressed us for Church and made sure we were there every Sunday, and fell asleep in a chair every single night I laid in the ICU. No lesson on faith compares to the ones which you've taught me. I know you shy from recognition. I love you and you are so deserving. And to my grandparents, who so lovingly instilled faith in her, this is for you too.]
Those who pray together, stay together <3 Always have faith <3

Never go to bed upset. Resolve whatever it is as best as you can, and don't sit up worrying. Leave the REST to God and sleep peacefully knowing that he is on the job 24/7.
It is not your job to keep a tally of wrongs either. You too make mistakes all the time. Forgive as you would want to be forgiven and be understanding in a way you would like to be understood.
When you wake up, treat every day as a brand new opportunity. Don't get entangled in your emotions like a spider web. Let your heart guide you and your mind lead. Confusion is often created by our own dwelling and overthinking. Trust in yourself that you know what is right for you.
Take note, most issues are usually communication based. Be WILLING to communicate. Be RECEPTIVE to other people. BE HONEST about how you feel and expect no one to read your mind like houdini.
Learn to enjoy listening as much, if not more, than you love to be listened too. We are born with two ears and one mouth so we can listen twice as much as we speak. Be humble, not judgemental, and take heed to the lessons around you.
PROGRESS is a PROCESS. Understand it will take time and enjoy every second of the journey. Human beings are like abstract art. Enjoy even the splatters of paint you do not understand. We're often guilty of placing lifetime expectations on seasonal people. Learn to appreciate people for who and what they are, including the ones you must let go from your life. Even they taught you a lesson that is helping you to move FORWARD towards something BETTER. Just because we miss them, doesn't mean we should bring them back. Time only moves forward so should we. Do not expect miraculous change from them and remember life is all about moving forward. For every thing there is a time, a season and a purpose.
Remember to read this with an open mind. Success has a great deal to do with having a positive attitude, positive relationships, and being in positive surroundings. You can posess great talent and intelligence but if your life isn't situated right, you will always be held back by something.
Take a chance. Live the life you love, and love the life you live. Happiness is a powerfully inspiring force. CHOOSE to be happy. It is YOUR life to be lived. The only thing standing in your way is you.
Think about it!
Wishing you peace, love, & prosperity,
Gabrielle
...Since I posted late today I'm sharing something extra. Thank you for your patience and support :)
**BONUS QUOTE**
Any change, any loss, does not make us victims. Others can shake you, surprise you, disappoint you, but they can't prevent you from acting, from taking the situation you're presented with & moving on. No matter where you are in life, no matter what your situation, you can always do something. You always have a choice & the choice can be power.

I can only hope you woke up this morning feeling refreshed and ready to start a new day. If you didn't, be not dismayed, it's still very likely you can and will have a good day if you choose too. The choice is yours to make!
Recently, I was inspired by a friend to get consistent with my workouts. Up until now my excuse was I needed a workout buddy or a trainer. (Mind you, I spent most of my life as a semi-pro athlete but we won't get into that today.) So anyway, we're texting back and forth and they shared their inspiring workout story. Of course the highlight was how they just got up one day and said, 'to hell with it I'm going to do this on my own.' The moment they were finished with their story I was dressed in sweats ready to hop to it. I ran a ten minute mile and I felt great. Especially since it's been so long since I hit the track. So, I decided to set a goal that I'd reach an 8 minute mile by July.
WELL, today is APRIL 15th and like the stubborn, competitive athlete I STILL am I decided to run my 8 minute mile TODAY. It was painful... I pushed hard... I did it. I needed to see if it was possible for me to talk myself into actually doing it.
Now here is where today's Gift of Gab food for thought comes in...
Though I accomplished my goal, I still have to hit it again, and it makes no sense in pushing to a point of discomfort and strain. I risk potentially injuring myself or my spirit of obtainining my goal.
I NEED to learn to PACE MYSELF.
Very often I don't pace myself and I jump the gun in many areas of my life. We're so hooked on instant gratification especially in this high tech computer age where we're surrounded by fast paced technology--microwaves to zap our foods to be ready in a minute, high speed internet that loads Google search results in seconds, and Twitter which is like instant messaging on crack. We want what we want, when we want it, and we're always demanding it happen NOW rather than later.
Success does not work in this way. Not career success, relationship success, or any type of success for that matter. Anything truly worth appreciating is worth waiting for. The hard work you contribute towards it day in and day out will make it that much more important to you.
Keep in mind if it were EASY everyone would be doing it. Everyone would have a million dollars, an amazing relationship, and cars would probably be flying in the air by now.
Take it easy... Take it slow... Pace yourself. Learn to enjoy every step of the journey. Especially if you have someone you're enjoying it with. This isn't a race. It's your life.
I hope you continue to have a great day, and if you weren't then I hope you enjoy a turnaround point. Call someone that makes you smile, eat something you enjoy, or simply hug yourself and say "I love you!" Whatever it is you do, remember you always have a choice. CHOOSE happiness, CHOOSE success, and let no one take it from you.
With Love & Sincerity,
Gabrielle
**To my muse that inspires me every morning... thank you. I hope your day is as wonderful as you.**

No matter what, you must always remain positive and surround yourself with positive people. If you have no positive friends, kick 'em to the curb (trash is picked up regularly) and be content having the ONE that is.
"Attitude determines altitude"
Step onto the elevator of success and go up.
The view is so much nicer at the TOP of the Empire State Building than it is down below.
AIM to see the bigger picture!
Think about it!
Remember to chew slow and enjoy the meal. Enjoy your food for thought :)

Gabrielle

As I promised I present you with "The 17 Principles of Personal Achievement." Not only is a positive attitude important, so is the desire to learn. Learning shouldn't only occur in school. Learn to be inquisitive, seek information, and always aim to be better.
Peace, Love, & Lotsa Hugs,
Gabrielle
THE 17 PRINCIPLES OF PERSONAL ACHIEVEMENT
(from Napoleon Hill's Keys to Success)
1. Develop DEFINITENESS OF PURPOSE—with PMA
You should have one high, desirable, outstanding goal, and keep it ever before you. (Whatever your mind can conceive and believe, you can achieve—when you have PMA and apply it)
2. Establish a MASTERMIND ALLIANCE—with PMA
A mastermind alliance is two or more minds working together in the spirit of perfect harmony toward the attainment of a specific objective.
3. Assemble an ATTRACTIVE PERSONALITY—with PMA
Your personality is your greatest asset or greatest liability, for it embraces everything that you control: mind, body, and soul. (Do unto others as you would have others do unto you)
4. Use APPLIED FAITH—with PMA
Faith is a state of mind through which your aims, desires, plans, and purposes may be translated into their physical or financial equivalent. (Prayer is your greatest power!)
5. Go the EXTRA MILE—with PMA
Render more and better service for which you are paid, and do it with a positive mental attitude. (Make going the extra mile with PMA a habit!)
6. Create PERSONAL INITIATIVE—with PMA
Personal initiative it the inner power that starts all action. It is the power that inspires the completion of that which one begins. (Use and develop the self-starter—DO IT NOW!)
7. Build a POSITIVE MENTAL ATTITUDE
A positive mental attitude is the right, honest, constructive thought, action, or reaction to any person, situation, or set of circumstance that does not violate the laws of God or the right of one’s fellowman. (Maintain the right attitude—a positive mental attitude)
8. Control Your ENTHUSIASM—with PMA
A person without enthusiasm is like a watch without a mainspring… To become enthusiastic about achieving a desirable goal, keep you mind on that goal day after day. (To be enthusiastic…act enthusiastically!)
9. Enforce SELF-DISCIPLINE—with PMA
Self-discipline enables you to develop control over yourself … [and] begins with mastery of your thoughts, what you really are, what you really do. (Direct your thoughts, control your emotions, ordain your destiny with PMA)
10. THINK ACCURATELY—with PMA
Separate facts form fiction or hearsay evidence. Separate facts into classes: important and unimportant. (Truth will be truth regardless of a closed mind, ignorance, or refusal to believe)
11. Control YOUR ATTENTION—with PMA
Controlled attention is the act of coordinating all the faculties of the mind and directing their combined power to a given end or definite objective. (Keep your mind on the things you want and off the things you don’t want)
12. Inspire TEAMWORK—with PMA
Teamwork is the willing cooperation and the coordination of effort to achieve a specific objective. (That which you share will multiply; that which you withhold will diminish)
13. Learn from ADVERSITY AND DEFEAT—with PMA
Every adversity carries with it the seed of an equivalent or greater benefit for those who have PMA and apply it. (The worst thing that happens to you may be the best thing that can happen to you if you don’t let it get the best of you)
14. Cultivate CREATIVE VISION—with PMA
Man’s greatest gift is his thinking mind. It analyzes, compares, chooses. It creates, visualizes, foresees, and generates ideas. (What can be conceived can be created—with PMA)
15. Maintain SOUND HEALTH—with PMA
You are a mind with a body. To maintain a health consciousness, think in terms of good physical health, not in terms of illness or disease… what your mind focuses upon your mind brings into existence, whether it is financial success or physical health. (I feel healthy! I feel happy! I feel terrific!)
16. Budget your TIME AND MONEY—with PMA
Inventory yourself and your activities. Intelligently balance your use of time and resources, both business and personal. (You don’t always get what you expect unless you inspect—with PMA)
17. Use COSMIC HABITFORCE—with PMA
All of us are ruled by habits. These are fastened upon us by repeated thoughts and experiences … We create patterns of thought by repeating certain ideas or behavior until the Law of Cosmic Habitforce takes over those patterns and makes them more or less permanent unless or until you consciously rearrange them. (Sow an act, reap a habit. Sow a habit, reap a character. Sow a character, reap a destiny)
Where effort lacks, faith does too.
Think about it!
As my friend @RICHYUNGKING says, "If it don't apply let it fly."

Without further interruption here are your quotations (I note the authors when I know who said it otherwise I note it as "unknown")...

"Imagination is everything. It is the preview of life's coming attractions." - Albert Einstein

Not everyone is meant to be kept in your life forever. Know and accept that some people are meant for us to enjoy for a time and that's it. When you push past that, it leads to bad results.
Enjoy the seasons changing. Lifetime friends are only a handful.
Think about it :)
...I love you all! Thanks for taking this journey with me.

You can't fail if you have a plan. You WILL fail without one.
Formulate a plan and act on it. It doesn't have to be the "perfect" plan. No successful person's first plan is the one that gets them to their goal.
Remember, a plan is a general map to help you focus on where you're going.
KNOW where you're going and AIM to get there.
Live and love life!
